This ancient water-mill, which has been totally rearranged, to welcome you in a green and flowered garden which is surrounded by meadows dotted by apple-trees and protected by natural hedges. This mill is located, in Eure & Loir county (28), at the doors or the Natural Regional Park of Le Perche; the country of the famous draught horse breed.
In the private park of green lawns and flowers together with a variety of trees, will provide you peaceful resting place. The pond of the mill and the river will satisfy people who are interested in wildlife. One can discover the water hens, herons and fishes. On the trees one can follow the squirrels and a lot of different birds like woodpecker. On the upper side, the mill-pond, covered by water lilies, has its own life with frogs and carps.
